‘ I am originally from Hungary, where I completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics and studied International Marketing. I was also fluent in German, which I spoke as a second language before relocating to the UK in 2004. My entry into audiology happened quite by chance—I was covering a role as a practice manager while seeking opportunities in marketing. However, I quickly fell in love with the field, particularly the rewarding experience of working closely with clients whose daily life is improved through their hearing health.

Inspired by this meaningful work, I pursued a career in audiology. I began my training through the company I worked with and later formalised my qualifications by studying at De Montfort University, becoming a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist in the UK.

Fulfilling a long-held family dream to live in Australia—specifically Western Australia or Queensland—we seized the opportunity to immigrate when I was offered a role. Over the past 11 years, I have worked as a senior clinician and trainer across multiple sites in WA. I’m passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives through improved hearing health and take pride in the personalised care we provide.

I truly enjoy being part of a collaborative team and value the daily interactions with clients—it’s incredibly fulfilling to help people reconnect with their world through better hearing. Although I’m originally from Europe, Busselton has become home, and living here truly feels like a holiday every day!‘
