Rebates, Fees & Referal Forms


We have a number of funding options available to ensure that our services are as accessible as possible for everyone.

Hearing Services Program (HSP)

The Australian Government Hearing Services Program is available for eligible individuals to access a range of hearing services through the HSP voucher system.

Their is an annual cost to access the program if you’re a hearing aid wearer, the cost for the 2023/2024 FY is currently $50.80

Veterans (DVA) & current ADF Personnel

Veterans with a DVA gold or white card (Hearing specific) as well as current service members of the ADF are eligible to receives services under the HSP system. 

Advanced Hearing WA are able to access these services on behalf of the patient.

The annual HSP batteries & maintenance fee does not apply to DVA card holders.

Private Health Insurance

 Individuals who purchase hearing aids may be eligible to receive a rebate through their Private Health Fund. Private Health cover varies across different policies, therefore we recommend checking with the health care provider in order to determine entitlements. Independent Audiologists Australia (IAA) has collated benefits of Extras and Hospital cover offered by Australian  private health funds for audiology and hearing devices. Medicare

Medicare rebates are available for both adults and children who have a valid referral from a GP, ENT specialist, pediatrician, or neurologist when seeking services from our audiologists.

Work Cover

We are registered to provide audiological assessments for Work Cover WA.

The employer must complete a Form 18 for the employee & email through to info@advancedhearingwa.com.au 

The employer is responsible for payment of the appointment. 

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) 

The National Disability Insurance Scheme supports people under the age of 65 with a significant and permanent hearing loss who need assistance with everyday activities including work, family and social obligations.

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria & are required to complete a Get Access Request Form. Applicants will be asked for supporting evidence of their hearing loss & hearing needs which an Advanced Hearing WA audiologist is able to provide.

Payment Plan

At Advanced Hearing WA we offer interest free finance options for clients requiring hearing aid devices. We offer small set-up free for this service & offer 12 and 24 month terms. Clients can find out more by contacting our office via phone or emailing info@advancedhearingwa.com.au
